Hello from northern Norway

I am a 25-year-old paramedic from Norway, currently working in Northern Norway. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, where my thesis focused on plasma transfusion in bleeding trauma patients.

Before starting my academic education, I served as a Level 3 medic in the Norwegian Armed Forces. This experience was a major motivation for me to pursue further studies and a career in paramedicine.

Through both civilian practice and my short militery experience, I have developed a strong interest in prehospital emergency care and trauma management.

On this platform, I hope to connect with prehospital providers from other countries, learn how EMS systems operate in different settings, and exchange knowledge and experiences related to trauma care, equipment, and training.
