Focus on Sugar today
Today is 'Low Sugar Day'. That's regular sugar, added sugar, sweetner and things that the body processes like sugar. Staying under 50 grams would be an amazing job. But, realistically, if you can stay under 100 grams of sugar for the day we'll count that as a win!
