Update !
Hi there 🙌🏽 just a little check in I was steady with my weight loss for about 6 weeks lost 9 pounds in that time I am currently hovering over 243! Still feeling good and motivated I haven’t been as hyper focused on my calories lately but still being mindful of what I eat and I have been able to maintain that 243. As of today I’m back on my calorie intake and counting steps!

Experiencing Brain Fog? Try adding potassium and magnesium supplements to your daily routine.
Here's what google says: Potassium plays a crucial role in regulating the electrical impulses in your brain and maintaining the fluid balance between your cells. If you're low in this electrolyte, it can lead to mental fatigue, poor concentration, and vague thoughts—commonly known as brain fog Magnesium alleviates brain fog by reducing neuroinflammation, regulating stress, and supporting cellular energy. It helps rectify stress and sleep-induced cognitive issues, and studies link higher magnesium diets with larger brain volumes and preserved cognition as you age. Magnesium will also help you sleep at night. DISCLAIMER: Consult your doctor to make sure this is right for you.

Reasons your weightloss will stall
Your weight loss will begin to stall because you're doing too much for your body to continue thinking it's safe. You're moving more. You're sleeping less. You're eating less. You're repairing more. All these things send stress signals to the nervous system to slow things down. To send energy to the vital organs. To produce cortizol. That's why your tummy is the last to go and extends when you're stressed out. For more on this subject, DM me.
