Real question!!
Hey everyone,
I’ve spent a lot of time learning the "how-to" side of things. I’m comfortable with no-code/low-code tools, building AI agents and chatbots, and handling CRM management.
The problem is, every time I try to actually start, I realize I don't have a real offer or a specific niche. I’m just looking at the market aimlessly and I’m not sure where to aim.
For those of you who have landed clients:
  1. How did you actually pick your ICP or niche? (Did you just pick one and go, or did you have a strategy?)
  2. How did you turn "I can build automations" into a specific service that businesses actually wanted to buy?
I’m tired of just building Automations for fun. I want to start selling. Any advice?
