Goal: Train your body to recognise and release stress signals.
- Stand or sit tall.
- Slowly scan your body from head to toe.
- When you notice tension (shoulders, jaw, fists, stomach), consciously release it.

Remind yourself: “I can let go of what I don’t need to carry.”
