One of the things I know is that every morning gives us a choice.
Yesterday might have been amazing. Or it might have been one of those days where nothing seemed to go right. Either way, when you wake up today, you get another opportunity to decide how you want to show up.
I think that's one of the most powerful things about resilience.
It's not about pretending yesterday didn't happen. It's about not letting yesterday completely determine today.
Some days, your win might be getting to the gym.
Some days, it might be having a difficult conversation you've been avoiding.
Some days, it might simply be choosing not to be so hard on yourself.
They all count.
Living with MND has taught me that I can't always control what today brings. **But I can control the attitude I bring to it!**
That's the reset.
Not waiting for Monday. Not waiting until life feels easier.
Today.
So here's my question for you... When you woke up this morning, what did you choose to focus on?
And if today didn't start the way you hoped, remember... there's still plenty of today left to change the direction of it. 💚
