What’s in a name?
For much of recorded history cultures around the world had naming ceremonies for their young people. These ceremonies or rites of passage gave the young man or young woman an identity within the community. It is still done in many cultures today, including with in the military pilot community. Did you have a community to name you? If not, how could you receive a name?

Who are you?
What is your "I am" statement? In work as well as in all other areas of life, being informs doing. If your "I am" statement includes what you do for work or school then you may be allowing your doing to inform your being...that will lead to crisis when you are no longer able to do the thing. When your "I am" statement is your being...who you are uniquely...you can be that person in anything you do. If you help working through finding your "I am", let me know.
