For much of recorded history cultures around the world had naming ceremonies for their young people. These ceremonies or rites of passage gave the young man or young woman an identity within the community. It is still done in many cultures today, including with in the military pilot community. Did you have a community to name you? If not, how could you receive a name?
Something to overcome or something to enjoy? Some people see the mountain as an obstacle or challenge to be overcome. Others see it as a beautiful landscape feature deserving admiration and enjoyment. Which are you.
There are millions of books that provide food for thought. However, none tell you who you are? How should you use the information, in many cases great information, that you read in the books? Use it the way only you in your unique identity can.
What is your "I am" statement? In work as well as in all other areas of life, being informs doing. If your "I am" statement includes what you do for work or school then you may be allowing your doing to inform your being...that will lead to crisis when you are no longer able to do the thing.
