We are seeking a Cold email automation specialist for Go Automated Agency. We are an 8 member Agency focusing on AI automation, business process automation, workflow automation.

Our new member's task is to to set up and manage highly successful email campaigns for our own agency (not for clients) targeting high-value prospects in English-speaking markets. Potential for becoming our long-term partner and even manage campaigns for clients.

# Current Setup - Already done:

• Using instantly, zapmail, apollo, apify

• 24 warmed email accounts (12 google , 12 microsoft) across 8 domains, every technical aspects are already set (DKIM,DMARC, SPF, domain forwarding, etc)

• Domain forwardings are working properly

• Currently sending: 40 emails per day per account.

#What We're Looking For

Core Qualifications:

• Proven Track Record: experience managing high-performing cold email campaigns

• Creative Copywriting: Ability to craft "backdoor" approaches and deliver high positive response rate

• Strategic Thinking: Experience targeting the unconventional way (e.g., targeting companies that are hiring sales reps that our AI can replace)

Personality:

• Bold Approach: Comfortable with attention-grabbing copy that stands out

• Results-Driven: Focused on appointments booked, not just open, reply rates

Advanced Technical Skills :

• AI Hyper-personalization: Experience with Clay.com, n8n, or similar platforms is an advantage

• Enrichment: Connecting multiple data sources for enhanced personalization

#Scope of Work

1. Lead Generation: Source, clean, segment high-quality prospects from Apollo.ai (or other sources) via Apify

2. Verify emails ( with tools like Million verifier)

3. Copywriting: Create compelling, hyper-personalized/segmented email sequences

4. Campaign Execution: set up everything needed for the campaign in Instantly and A/B test copy

5. Deliverability Management: Maintain sender reputation and avoid spam labelling (don’t let our emails burn, bounce, etc.)

Proposed starting date :

-28 September - 10th October

Done be us:

We can take over the communication once the client responded to the email but you can also help with that if you prefer.

Compensation Structure: Send me some of your previous work either paid or free and we can get on a call and agree on the revenue share percentage.

• Any occuring infrastructure costs is covered by us like: instantly, email purchasing, apify, clay.com, perplexity, open ai API keys, email verification tool.
