One big thing i learned twice this year... Do NOT stop your own email campaigns, have your own outreach running all the time to sign on new clients.
Don't fall in the trap thinking: "I need to pause my campaigns to focus on my clients" eventually you have an empty pipeline and no clients when they doesn't want any more booked meetings.
Ask your self these questions every day:
Is what I'm doing right now booking my self meetings?
If No = Book more meetings
If Yes = Do I close new clients?
If No = Improve your sales to close meetings.
If Yes = Do I get results for my clients?
If No = Analyze, try try try, ask questions, do what ever it takes to get results.
If Yes = Great! Repeat cycle.
Book more meetings, close new clients, get them results 🔥
Also: Don't overthink, speed over perfect, time is ticking -> Just Do It 🚂

Pick a niche, set up your email system asap.
In 2-3 weeks you can start send your own emailcampaign to set meetings for yourself.
Take those meetings, learn from then, and when you get your first client.
You just replicate your own system to set up their email system.
Then send emails for them, book meetings for them, invoice them per booked meeting.
