Lead Lists Help Needed (Low Budget)

I've been having a hard time getting decent leads list together. I have D7 leadfinder now and I tried apollo+apify and got back a pretty useless list I wanted 20,000 in a certain industry and it came back with a mixed bag of usless industries, or no names with D7 both are not ideal pretty much trash.

i know about trusted leads and million verifier and will likley go that route if needed but would be nice to get larger volume of course but maybe not possible if Jay, or you guys haven't found it already it already ;)

I now have a account with D7 leadfinder but they dont provide names just emails. My budget is super low right now so anyone have a working low budget system for lead gen.

The only thing i've seen is a N8N automation that looks interesting and can add names and custom email snippits so I'm going to expore that.

If you know an apify provider that works or an inexpensive lead enrichment for names that would be great. Right now I can trade leads lists from D7 leadfinder if thay have value without names. I can get 30,000 leads a day from D7 but no names :(
