How do you Share Qualified Leads with your Clients?

Hey guys, I have been running the Cold Email program for my clients for sometime, and usually I used to handle all the burner emails myself, send emails from there and whenever I got a qualified reply I used to forward the entire conversation with the client, so they can then reply from there and take the conversation forward.

But recently, I got a client who said that when I forwarded the qualified leads with email thread directly to them and they initiated the conversation again, they were not getting responses back.

I just wanted to know how you guys pass on the qualified leads that you get from your cold email campaign to them?
