Hey guys,

wanted to share the prompts I use to curate my databases with GPT in google sheets.

Company name clean-up

=GPT(“Please clean the company name provided leave only the name without the commercial description such as inc, llc, ltd, etc.”

Title clean-up

=GPT(“Please clean the title of the person in this company, make it simple to a title that is general in the business word, stay as close to the title provided”

Complement

=GPT(“Based on the information provided write an opening line for a cold email directed to the decision-maker of the targeted company. The opening line should not include greetings and should complement or note something unique about the information provided. The first line should not be longer than 15 words. Be super creative and try to write different lines every time.”,S2,1,4)

Clean out description

=GPT("Based on the company information provided, please rewrite the complete description in an organized way, including the funding year, taglines, specialties, and description. be sure to include all details available”
