cold email dns troubleshooting question
I've been warming up my inboxes for about a week now, but I just noticed something in the DNS settings. Since all my domains are connected under the same organization in GoDaddy/Microsoft 365, they’re sharing the same DKIM record from the Microsoft Defender website. Shouldn’t each domain have a unique DKIM? There's one domain I didn’t connect by mistake, and it's the only one with a different DKIM.
If this isn't an issue, I’m fine leaving it as is. However, I feel like I should disconnect each domain from the organization so they’re separate and have unique DKIMs. Isnt goal with these domains is to appear as if the emails are coming from different senders, right? I’d rather restart the 2-week warm-up period and fix this than risk burning all the domains when I start sending.
Any advice or insights on this would be appreciated!
