if you have microsoft inboxes this may be hurting your deliverability
if you go to https://security.microsoft.com/dkimv2 there is a toggle to enable DKIM and when you enable dkim, microsoft will generate a couple dkim codes for you to input in dns settings, which is not mentioned in lead gen jays microsoft cold email setup video. he recommends to use easy dmarc's dkim tool and doesnt mention using this setting, but if it is native to microsoft, how would the easydkim tool be better for deliverability? are all dkims generated equally? any knowledge on this setting or the dkim generator website is appreciated.

@Philip Hewitson I haven’t tested Microsoft’s dkims vs the easydkims yet, but I don’t see how Microsoft’s could be worse
cold email dns troubleshooting question
I've been warming up my inboxes for about a week now, but I just noticed something in the DNS settings. Since all my domains are connected under the same organization in GoDaddy/Microsoft 365, they’re sharing the same DKIM record from the Microsoft Defender website. Shouldn’t each domain have a unique DKIM? There's one domain I didn’t connect by mistake, and it's the only one with a different DKIM. If this isn't an issue, I’m fine leaving it as is. However, I feel like I should disconnect each domain from the organization so they’re separate and have unique DKIMs. Isnt goal with these domains is to appear as if the emails are coming from different senders, right? I’d rather restart the 2-week warm-up period and fix this than risk burning all the domains when I start sending. Any advice or insights on this would be appreciated!
do you need to add spf for cold email?
im using godaddy/outlook, do i need to setup spf? also can i just use easydkim for the dkim records? thank you
Setting up dns for godaddy/outlook
hi, im in another agency group and their cold email tutorial says something about going into the microsoft365 admin center and enabling dkim for each email. is this necessary? leadgenjays tutorial says to go to easydmarc and to just generate the records and put it into the settings and id much rather do that so i was making sure it is still the correct practice.
is 2 inboxes per domain still considered safe?
howdy, im setting up my cold email machine rn and this is a pretty surface level question but is godaddy domain + 2 microsoft inboxes at 50 emails a day (after instantly.ai warmup) still a high deliverability setup? i just hear people say different things all the time and i know that 3 inboxes x 33 emails a day is another option
