best cold email setup rn?

what domain providers is everybody using? is godaddy + outlook still the best setup? I have heard decent reviews about porkbun's domains and they are a little cheaper than godaddy.

also was curious if anyone has used a service like mailscale? they say that they can get you lots of inboxes for much less than godaddy + outlook and setup only takes 5 minutes. setting up the dmarc and dkim can get pretty annoying so im considering giving it a go. they guarantee deliverability for 14 days (the warm up period) but is that a safe enough indicator that it will be fine past the 14 days?
