Am I being Impatient?

Hello Everyone,

I had a quick question i needed to run through by you all guys especially Jay and Ian.

I recently started doing Cold Email Outreach for myself and got few potential clients who liked my service - Cold Email Outreach for them.

I took in my 1st client and started running Cold Email Campaign for him.

The targeting is precise, I ran it by Jay's GPT and also created a Cold Email Script within 250 words, icebreaker line, framework and everything, but I am only targeting 100 prospects, out of which 80 emails have been sent, but no replies.

I used to get 8-11% reply rates (When I targeted around 300-400 people) doesn't it happen the same when I target 100 people as well?

I know I am sounding delusional but it's crushing my spirits that where I used to get such good reply rates, I am now getting 0 replies even after outreaching to 80 people (follow-ups are yet to go).

Can anyone suggest, if I am to offer client to get them onboard, what do you usually do like give 1 month free trial, or charge a small amount for the 1st month or something. And this is specifically when you guys started initially, like during getting your 1st -3-4 clients.
