Step 2: Create lead magents. In this case, I was offering a short trial of my SEO services. It takes 15 minutes of work from my end to deliver what most agencies charge $8k/mo to totally nuke to the moon

Step 3: Create a 27 variations of a 3 email sequence

Step 4: LAUNCH THAT THANG

I delivered 24 trials that didn't amount to anything... Most of them already had agencies and the only reason they didn't want to move forward is because it meant breaking an enforcable contract.

But those 2 that signed up are now paying $20k every single month.
