Wins from last week?
Mondays can be rough. What wins do you have from last week?
Do you remember your first "light bulb" moment?
Several trainers I talk to say they love it when they can see the "light bulb turn on" when they are teaching someone something new. It's very intoxicating and I know many of you have experienced those moments. Comment below and share your favorite light bulb moment!

The AI discussions are going to drive me mad!
I'm not sure if anyone else is seeing it, but it feels like I can't read more than 2 sentences on any L&D post/article/blog without someone talking about AI (just like I'm doing now😂). Is it just my algorithm, or is this everywhere, like it seems? I just want to read about a good training analysis or a new teaching method. I don't need to hear about how AI creates cool infographics... Rant complete.
Training Win!
Yesterday I received a message that someone used a technique I taught them over a year ago in a one-off class to help close a real estate transaction. It’s fun to get that kind of feedback because it shows you made an impact in someone’s life and it stuck!
