How do you keep your training standards high?
In my industry we have frequent audits from regulators, third party organizations, and peers to review the design and implementation of our training. I honestly think it’s too much.
However, I’m pretty limited in industry experience, so I’m curious what other programs use to make sure they are maintaining high standards and training in the things that need to be trained on.
