Hey everyone, I’m Josh, originally from Namibia and now based in Zürich, Switzerland. My background isn’t in traditional weightlifting or powerlifting. I came through swimming, karate, self-defense, outdoor conditioning, calisthenics, hand balancing, movement training, massage therapy, and performance coaching. Over the years I’ve coached fitness classes, taught handstands and movement, worked in healthcare, and spent countless hours exploring how the body moves, adapts, and performs. I recently completed my Landmine University Level 1 & 2 Coaching Certification and I’m excited to continue learning from this community while helping grow the LMU movement in Switzerland. What drew me to the landmine system is its ability to connect strength, athleticism, coordination, rotation, and real-world movement into one training tool.
