Hey everyone, over the next few weeks, I’ll be adding a collection of pre-built resources that you may find useful. These will mainly include calendars and spreadsheets designed to help you track key performance indicators (KPIs). Tracking KPIs becomes especially important as you scale, because it allows you to quickly evaluate your business at a glance and clearly identify what’s working well. I’ll also be adding a dedicated market research section focused specifically on texting, along with a complete hiring and onboarding process for texters.
