Hi everyone, I’m Rosa. I started land flipping two months ago with my boyfriend Jared, and this is my first time doing anything related to real estate or investing. Right now I’m mainly focused on the acquisition side. We currently have four properties under contract that we’re marketing, and I’m really excited to finally go through the full process and get our first deal all the way to closing. I’m based in Mexico and work virtually, which has had its challenges, but it’s also shown me that this business is totally possible from anywhere if you stay consistent and have the right systems in place. My personal goal is to really focus on one niche within land flipping and get super good at the marketing side. I want to dial in the right strategies, improve my outreach, and create a strong, steady flow of deals by doing one thing really well. From there, the plan is to scale in a smart and efficient way.

What’s up everyone, I’m Jared. I got started in land flipping about two months ago, and right now I’m focused on getting our first deal across the finish line. Things have been moving pretty smoothly so far. Thanks to what we’ve learned in this community, we currently have four properties under contract, with another two to three potentially on the way. The main focus right now is selling this first one and getting it closed. I’m partnered with my girlfriend, Rosa, who’s been a huge help. We’ve been learning, applying, and staying consistent. The goal is to get smaller-parcel land flipping dialed in, scaled, and eventually automated, and then move into bigger, higher-ticket land deals over time. I’m happy to be here, looking forward to getting our first deal done, and then moving into a rhythm of consistently selling about one deal per month over the next six months with the intention of scaling this full time.

Hi guys, I'm Francis the owner/ceo of MMCLAND! My role in the business is sales and making sure systems are created so leads don't fall through the crack and miss deals! I've been doing land flipping for a few years now and I'm glad I did stuck with it. Right now our current goal is to send out 75k-100k texts per month, close around 2 deals per month with a net profit of around 20k per deal. We're in the beginning stages of this new system so I'm excited to see where we are 6 months from now!
