One Win: Land for free, yes; i said free. A lead told me i can have their land if i pay the back taxes, then I proposed he sign over the deed to me and I will be responsible for the back taxes. I sent the deed, waiting for it to be sent back to me and then after that I will send it off to the county to record it. I will market the property as a seller finance deal at 12k with 2k down payment.
