A lead told me i can have their land if i pay the back taxes, then I proposed he sign over the deed to me and I will be responsible for the back taxes. I sent the deed, waiting for it to be sent back to me and then after that I will send it off to the county to record it. I will market the property as a seller finance deal at 12k with 2k down payment.

Hey everyone, I am happy to be here and learn the ways of Levi and his niche ways of getting inexpensive lots while transitioning into bigger deals. I have been a mortgage broker for the last 10 years and I do have a real estate license as well but I do not use it. A lot of the material and also concepts within land wholesale I understand very well and I love to talk so I really do think I can be good in this industry and hopefully add some value to this community. My goal is to replace my day job income with wholesale and just focus on real estate all together, more specifically before November of this year.
