Tomorrow's 7:30am Kundalini Klub session is for anyone who feels like they've been carrying too much, it's a great kriya to bring you back into balance when things feel overwhelming.
If you're moving through a season of change - that in between phase can feel exciting one day and quite a lot the next. Kundalini really helps with creating space within the mind and body.
