We can eat only the very best foods in the world, yet that “food” nutrition cannot correct malefic effects of unhealthy attitude, thought, mood, word.
“We need to give our body rest by starting with our thoughts and emotions, because these are major triggers to the body's tension and energy.
The body needs full relaxation to be able to reset, but this is not easy to do.
