Welcome to KoKo To Vision. Here you find Professional Health Coaching combined with live activities, a community where you can find more then just Coaching alone. I have created this space because I think it is more practical, fun, affordable and a safer place to make changes with guidance along the way. Brilliant -I had an a-ha moment!
The way you explained energy, rest, the organs of our bodies! Love it! We can eat only the very best foods in the world, yet that “food” nutrition cannot correct malefic effects of unhealthy attitude, thought, mood, word. “We need to give our body rest by starting with our thoughts and emotions, because these are major triggers to the body's tension and energy. The body needs full relaxation to be able to reset, but this is not easy to do.

Better than morning medication
I love the meditations so much! Even on the days I can’t make them, I feel grateful for being able to use the “tools” I’m learning in the classroom as well as meditation mornings. I hope you all have a beautiful Tuesday!!

ToDAY'S mediation 4/9/26
Meditation class this morning was AMAZING! I've been practicing pranayama and meditation for about 10 years. Even so, in Dafni's classes, I am always discovering something about myself and with life in general! This is an amazing program to share with anyone who you like or dislike :). We can all benefit from more self awareness and loving kindness! Thank you, Dafni!
