Every month I will do one hour Q&A sessions..
In these sessions you can ask me questions or we can address a specific topic.
The questions might be about the meditation mornings, breathing classes, or any of the courses.
Or ideas or topics you want to learn more about.. food, yoga etc..
This is not a place to answer personal questions nor for medical advice.
I like to keep this group related so everyone can enjoy and learn.
Keep an eye out for the first Q&A that will start around the end of February.
