Transferring to EXP curiosity

Hi Knolly,

I’ve been following you for a while and have been debating transferring my license to eXp. I’m currently with LPT Realty, and what’s held me back is the monthly payment—I’m paying $5K a year for my cap.

Since becoming a realtor, I’ve always wanted to focus on listings. I’ve tried cold calling but haven’t had much success, and I’ve attempted farming, but honestly, I never knew where to start. Seeing what you’ve built is really inspiring.

People have told me that working with buyers lets you control when you get paid, but I don’t enjoy running around with buyers. I’m grateful for the few closings I’ve had, but I really want to focus on listings.

If I were to transfer my license to eXp and join you, what kind of training and support would be provided to help me focus on listings? Following your steps, how long do you think it would take before I could become busy with listings? My main concern is making the move and potentially losing momentum.
