Hey...great video. It was honest and raw. I agree with the idea of sharing resources. I will certainly start sharing some of my resources when I was an active agent. I heard you say something that made me want to pose a question for you. So you talked about not really wanting to cold call or just make a bunch of calls in general. Is it "cold-calling" that you really don't want to do? Would you be more open to sphere of influence calls? Or is the idea of spending an hour or 2 on calls just not your thing overall?

@Jason Pockrandt Hmm So maybe just delegate the cold-calling portion. Hire someone to make those calls and set appointments for you. The SOI piece I do get. Although, my approach was always to have a genuine conversation...but I'm a conversationalist. And actually, I was flip it...call to just talk...see if they needed anything in general. I think the thing about calling SOI is you have to genuinely stop calling them for business..but still do the work of actually calling your SOI. Because your SOI needs to know and remember that you're an agent. But that doesn't mean you an agent should call them every time and try to talk about real estate. And if you like the face to face, then another approach is create events. Let your real estate business sponsor the event and just focus on being you during the event. Do a giveaway...but for every person that writes a referral of someone you should meet or connect with, they get two entries..or three...point is, be you...but still do business related events. Now...perhaps the reality is that you don't really want to work the business at all. Maybe it is just a matter of hiring cold callers to set appointments for you and transaction coordinators to get the transaction to closing
Would it interest you to attract more clients—without the constant chase?
The chase works for some people… but it drained me. I don’t know everything, but I do know this: I never thrived with cold calling or door knocking. Any real success I had as a real estate agent came after I discovered my actual purpose as an agent. Here are a few ways I found to be more purposeful and attract more business: - Build or grow your list of 300 Cool People(They get touched ~3x per month) - Connect with local professionals(insurance agents, roofers, electricians, lawn care, etc.) - Bridge the two — give yourself a real reason to reach out to your Cool 300 - Bridge online + offline(social media + ~15 intentional calls per day) - Send an 8.5 x 11 mailer bimonthly - Leverage Knolly’s Success Toolkit to print your books - Serve people. Connect people. Become a Community Concierge — buyers and sellers follow - I genuinely believe everything works — you just have to find what works for you. Stay open to new approaches. I’d love your thoughts: - What are you vibing with? - What do you disagree with? Let’s talk 🙌🏽 @Knolly Williams ams @Jason Pockrandt — would love your thoughts too if your busy lives allow it 😄(It’s Friday, so no pressure.)

Looking Forward to Your Feedback/Response
@Knolly Williams @Jason Pockrandt Gm, so because I value your response Knolly, and yours as Jason if you feel led, I felt it necessary to add additional context to maximize your ability to respond lol And also to note, if it ever feels like I'm challenging your perspective, it's not with the intention to be difficult or combative 🙏🏽

@Knolly Williams A lot of good stuff there! Question...so while agents come to you for accountability, are they actually coming for that? Or for the goal of making $250k? I guess what I'm asking is is it wise for me to sell an offer around mindset or communication..etc...and not lead with the money? Logic tells me you must lead with what they want...ie closings, listings, sales, money etc But is thst moral to lead with what maybe I haven't done? And if the answer is no? Then how do I actually sell them if the thing they want(not need) is the thing I haven't perhaps done? The beautiful thing about your business Knolly, is that it stands on the foundation of your very strong credibility...with making millions with your record label, or selling 1000 homes in 10 years. It's the ultimate "Shut up and listen to me" type of swag lol And truthfully, that's part of where I get stuck. Because as you said in a other video I watched...and recently I believe...people don't want mindset...or perspective...or possibly accountability. They want money(in this example of course). So whole communication or accountability can help, I know they dont wake up thinking they need those things. @Jason Pockrandt

@Jason Pockrandt Yes, precisely. That's why I've generally stayed away from those type of offers. Because I'm not confident that I wouldn't be crossing some immoral lines....leading with something I may have not personally done...even if theoretically, it will lead to the "desired result". @Knolly Williams I've done all of the ChatGPT paths and formulas....and I don't get stuck on this. Because "I" do know people want money..or to lose weight..or to get more sales...or to find a spouse. In my experience, they don't really respond to the accountability..the mindset etc Lol is part of my challenge..im sensing a familiar spot for me(honestly speaking)...the monthly nut in theory is everything. The application is my challenge when it comes to true ideas that hit what people really want, relative to my lack of credibility. Because I am the logical guy that knows people dont want the fluff.
