Today I spent another four hours commuting to and from my full-time job.

I'm grateful for my career, but that commute reminded me why I'm so passionate about self-publishing.

Companies change. Policies change. Life changes.

The one thing I can control is building assets that I own.

Every book I publish becomes something that has the potential to keep helping readers and generating income long after it's written. That's why I'm investing more of my time into publishing instead of relying on my career alone.

I'm not trying to escape my job. I'm trying to create more options for my family's future.
