  3. Breath Work (non-negotiable)
*Adding to my previous goals, as I realized breath work is a missing puzzle piece for me to stay grounded and centered. Adding this in to complete daily. Also catching up on all videos and worksheets I missed. Posting here to hold myself accountable. Goal is to be all caught up by Monday on next week on all videos. :)
