If there is one aspect of health and wellness that I come back to over and over again, it is consistency. No matter what area of your health you are working on, if there is no consistency, you will not get the results you desire.
That being said, consistency doesn't have to be hard. You don't need to hit your biggest goals each week. Consistency can be small, simple, achievable goals that add up over time.
