One thing I’ve learned working in hospitality:
Guests rarely remember every detail. They remember how they felt. A drink can be forgotten.A menu can be forgotten.Even the music can be forgotten. But people remember: - how they were greeted - whether they felt welcome - whether the room felt alive - whether someone genuinely paid attention The best hospitality professionals don’t just serve products. They shape atmosphere. Curious: What’s one small thing you’ve seen a bartender, host, server, or manager do that completely changed a guest’s experience?

CAN WE BECAME #1 BAR COMMUNITY ON SKOOL???
I need your help. I've been looking around Skool, and when I search for Cocktail Community, I only find 46 communities related to cocktails. We are leading all of them by member count and for sure content. Now, I need your help to make it even bigger. Let me know any ideas you have. What do you want to see? What categories? What videos? What topics? Do you want live streams from me? Anything you can think of, I will take on board and start working on it. I want by the end of 2026 this community to be the biggest place for anyone who wants to learn, share and become a better bartender or a home enthusiast. Over to you now 😉

Trying something new
Just playing with some slides to see if I like it or not. Only time will tell, but for now, I may start building more of this.

Feijoa Liqueur question
Hi Community, I was given a bottle of Feijoa Liqueur from NZ. Nice tropical tones but an odd burnt rubber after taste! Can't really find much on line except it seems citrus is a good combo but it still need something else to neutralize the after taste. I have been adding Cointreau and a dash of mezcal which lets the tropical taste shine and neutralize the after taste. Any other suggestions?
