Welcome to the community 👊 If you’re here, it means you’re ready to stop saying “I don’t have time” and finally start running. I get it — I used to feel the same way. I went from hating running and struggling to run 2 miles, to running my first marathon in 5:30. A year later, I brought it down to 4:15. Now I’m chasing a sub-3… all while balancing real life, work, and everything in between. This community is built for people like us — busy, driven, and ready to improve. We’re going to focus on: • Simple, effective training • Staying consistent (even when life gets busy) • Building strength and avoiding injuries • Holding each other accountable 🔥 First action: Drop a comment and tell me: 1. Run a sub 4 marathon
If you want to run a sub-4 marathon… stop trying to prove it in training. Most runners mess this up. They go too fast on easy days They race their long runs They turn every workout into a test And by race day… they’re already tired. Here’s your focus today: 👉 Run EASY… even if it feels “too slow” You should be able to: • Hold a conversation • Breathe comfortably • Finish feeling like you could keep going This is how you build a real engine. Sub-4 isn’t built on one hard run… It’s built on weeks of controlled, consistent effort. Be disciplined now… so you can be strong at mile 20. Play the long game.
