Recently the area around my Achilles tendon is swollen i can barely run Increased how often and the intensity of my runs Anyone got any remedies other than rest Thanks
Here’s a couple remedies, 1. Strengthen it- bent knee calf raises, isolation exercises 2. Stretching it- start with body weight then slowly add more tension over time. Hold the stretch for 30-60s 3.
