I get it — I used to feel the same way.
I went from hating running and struggling to run 2 miles, to running my first marathon in 5:30. A year later, I brought it down to 4:15. Now I’m chasing a sub-3… all while balancing real life, work, and everything in between.
This community is built for people like us — busy, driven, and ready to improve.
We’re going to focus on:
• Simple, effective training
• Staying consistent (even when life gets busy)
• Building strength and avoiding injuries
• Holding each other accountable
