Hi there - just getting connected here - been at d-fine since 2/6 so just about 3 weeks - trying to get all the info and make sure I am not missing anything - added collagen, aloe Vera and alkaline water - not sure how much of it all - been building up aloe Vera to a cup, at least one cup or more alkaline water each day, also taking the milk thistle - cut out sugar almost completely, increasing protein and water intake with goal of 88 ounces but maybe that needs to be higher, exercising 3/4 times a week - what else may I be missing - do I need the app or just being online work ?

Herbs & Spices/ Recipe/ Meals
I just finished the Never Look Back Weight Loss and am looking for the Herbs & Spices and recipe/ meals that is at the very end. It doesn't appear that I received it in an email and I don't see a place to download it. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks, Juli 🌞
Egg white pancake
Tried this this morning. 1cup egg whites, 1/4tsp cream of tarter 1Tbs cocoa and 1tsp monk fruit sweetener Whipped it up threw it in a pan in the oven for 10 mins put a banana on top with a Tbs of organic honey. 26.5 gr protein 100 cal and 12 carbs Very filling. I hope the honey was ok to use. Because the monk fruit just took the egg taste away (did kinda smell eggy) but it wasn’t bad for a first thing
