Im sĂșper late but my win for last week was putting more time to 5 minute exercises. Did the hipnosis videos 3 times last week. My goal is to do them everyday. My struggle this weekend was caving too much too much to the cravings. I usually allow myself once a week but I ate sweets on all 3 days this weekend. Looking into healthier alternatives for the sweet cravings.
Win for the day
Staying consistent with water, and using positive thoughts to replace complaints. It’s a process. Day by day. Listening to affirmations every morning to start my day. Now to get consistent with the workouts

@Joe Carabase thank you! This week I’ve started with the 5 minutes. I feel better internally just with the 5 minutes and working on the consistency.

@Joe Carabase hi! Just saw this now. I’ve been drinking about 3 40oz cups of water everyday. I’ve also started ur recommendation of drinking water before the protein shakes.

Lower back pain relief exercise video
Thank you so much for that video. I started last night. Though I do them on the bed for now until my back can handle better, it felt really good to be able to do something as a workout and something to help relieve my pain. I do get scared that it would get worse because in some movements- it hurt. A herniated disc is so awful. Sometimes I don’t know if I’m making it better or worse. But, I have faith that with consistency, I will feel a difference and get to back to moving regularly. I’ve been doing small exercises in between work breaks- or when I’m waiting for something. Feels good to be be aware of something and make that step to change it. The only exercise I’ve been waiting to do is the tennis ball one. I may try it this week, but if it hurts to get into position, are there any suggestions? Any indication if it would be a “good” hurt where I’m helping it or a “bad” hurt that would mean to wait a little bit before trying again? Thanks!
