Twice this week I walked for 30 minutes straight as well as putting in the regular 10 mins or 1 mile 3 times a day Lots of walking with my neighbor since its nice. I have been drinking more water too
Drinking celery root 2x day too. And GI Complete 3x this week when I eat a meal. Keeping it light with chicken tuna and a little turkey. Back to eating fruit but in small infrequent amounts
