I didn’t realize that bananas had such a high carb count. Not to mention 2Tb of creamer with coffee To rotate carbs I’m going to have to change my mindset starting with breakfast. One banana puts me well over the daily carb macro and leave out creamer or coffee all together leaving me with protein and a careful selection of veggies the rest of the day or am I doing something wrong?
