My name’s Zac — but everyone calls me ZAC Sway. I’m 39 years old, a blue belt, and I’ve been in this game for about 5 years now.
When I started jiu jitsu, I wasn’t in a good place. I was depressed, overweight, and honestly just not happy with myself. I showed up anyway. Day after day. Round after round.
Fast forward to now — I’m 187 lbs, healthy, clear-headed, grateful, and ready to rock. Jiu jitsu didn’t just change my body… it changed how I think, how I show up, and how I live.
Right now, I’m really focused on playing off my back. It’s been my biggest weakness, and instead of running from it, I’m attacking it head-on. That’s the beauty of this game — it exposes you, then gives you the tools to grow if you’re willing to stay humble and do the work.
I’m stoked to be part of this community. No ego. No nonsense. Just people who love the game and want to get better — on and off the mats.
Let’s learn. Let’s struggle. Let’s level up together.
LET’S GO 🔥🥋
