I wanted to talk about everyone's biggest hurdle that always face when trying to loose fat or gain muscle?
I will list a few I have seen consistently give ppl problems over my 3 decades of working out and nutrition.
1..CONSISTENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely hands down this one ppl always struggle with and thats so important.
2.Social gatherings....which directly correlates with being consistent.. its always used as an excuse to cheat on a clean diet.
3. EMOTIONAL EATING.. ppl get down or even happy or anything changes with their emotions like being lonely they eat...emotional eating is a big hurdle.
4. Dont like whole, simple foods.
Pll say to me all the time..I just cant eat those foods... ....
Pls anyone post what your biggest hurdle is to achieving your weight loss or fitness goal??
