1. MOST IMPORTANT...CONSISTENCY
I asked peopl their biggest hurdles for reaching their fitness goals and i believe over all this ends up being consistency..
Everyone at one point in their life gets excited to make a change which can be loose weight, gain muscle, train for an event or just be healthier in general.
It starts off good than little by little you go back to your old habits and lifestyle.....why?
How can we stay consistent and maintain a healthy weight and life.
The answer is when we make a change it cant be so extreme we are not going to be able to maintain it...
We want our change to be a forever life change.
Period!!!!
It cannot be well i am gonna try to get real skinny and just not eat....yep that is downward spiral....
You starve, loose muscle, slow your metabolism and than when you start eating again.....and you will.....you will want the bad food more than ever and now you have lost muscle and slowed your metabolism which both are your calorie burners so if those are low it will be harder than ever to loose fat and gain muscle again.
So honestly i would like to hear some discussions on what would it take to make a change in your life for good...would you ever do a permanent change..
Or are crash diets (that have than failed) your go to....yo yo?
