This week has been a week of ups and downs, physical and emotional exhaustion BUT I closed out the week feeling good and happy with where I am at.
Key points from my daily journalling:
Monday: Happy Motivated, driven and determined, tired.
Tuesday: EXTREMELY TIRED
Wednesday: Frustrated, Confused, not good enough, unworthy, hopeless, helpless, tired, exhausted and low
Thursday: Pushed through and took action
Friday: Tired, Exhausted, Happy and Focused and EXCITED FOR THE WEEKEND!
It's okay to not be okay, it's okay to feel what you feel.
