How Are Y'all Using The Real Skill App For Training
Hey everyone, I currently train players from middle school - college and have been since 2020. I've using some of methods taught in the RealSkill App the last 2 years and plan on becoming a certified trainer. I wanted to know how are you all using the app during your workouts? Are y'all skill stacking certain footwork/finishes on top of eachother and creating your own drills or something different. Thanks! Also thanks for allowing me the group!
Perimeter dribbling
I have watched the decision training video and see you approaching the rip light in ways that I would like to train my players. The one that stands out to me is the inside hip rotation to shot response. At 201 the last approach what is the footwork dribble you are using. Thanks @Micah Lancaster

Under drag reverse push Vs inverted thru reverse push
Help me to see what my defender would be doing and why I would use each. Maybe under drag defender little more on side but still pushing me to side and the inverted thru defender jumps to stop my forward a little more? @Micah Lancaster

Ballhandling: Back pain/soreness
Whenever I do ballhandling, my back gets extremely sore, and later on feels like it overworked. Perhaps it's just an inevitable part of bh training, but I don't always want to take this as an answer. Is there anything I can do or fix to alleviate this pain, in terms of technique and focus, and therefore increase productivity overall?
