Hey everyone, I currently train players from middle school - college and have been since 2020. I've using some of methods taught in the RealSkill App the last 2 years and plan on becoming a certified trainer. I wanted to know how are you all using the app during your workouts?
Are y'all skill stacking certain footwork/finishes on top of eachother and creating your own drills or something different.
