Hi everyone! It's my first time to share my commitments in here. I'm at 5/5!! 😁🎉 _ AT LEAST 5DAYS/WEEK SPIRITUAL 1. Read “Daily Text” every morning 2. Read the Bible every day 3. Medidate about three things to be grateful for BUSINESS 1. Record expenses HEALTH 1. Stretch for 15 mins 2. Spend only 2 hrs on social media 3. Sleep at least 6 hrs 4. Drink 40 oz of water RELATIONSHIPS 1. Message a family member ONCE A WEEK 1. Contact a friend 2. Jog once a week 3. Engage in a volunteer activity
