I came across a great video on how to setup your dividend portfolio. The guy recommends below portfolio allocation to earn a 10% annual dividend yield (4k per month on a 500k invested)
- 30% in SCHD (4% yield)
- 20% in SPYI (12% yield)
- 15% in QQQI (14.5% yield)
- 15% REITs (6% yield)
- 10% in BTCI (28% yield)
- 10% in SPY (lower yield but for long term growth)
